Application of Light Weight and Low-dose Spinal-epidural Anesthesia in Lower Limbs Fracture Patients

Abstract

Objective To investigate the proportion of low-dose spinal Light-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with fracture of lower limb surgery and anesthesia safety.Methods 54 cases of elderly patients with lower limb fractures were retrospectively analyzed.Results The patient after anesthesia SBP,DBP decreased slightly compared with before anesthesia,but no significant difference.(P0.05),HR and SPO2 slightly higher than those before,there was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Small dose hypobaric spinal-epidural anesthesia for lower limb surgery in elderly patients with fracture is an effective and safe and reliable method of anesthesia.
