Abstract
Objective To observation Effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia to elderly lower limb fracture. Methods Sixty elderly lower limb fracture were divided into two groups randomly:epidural anesthesia group(EA group) and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia group(CSEA group). The anesthesia effect was compared. Results The anesthesia time of CSEA group was shorter than EA group and effect was better than EA group(P0.05).Conclusion Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is suitable for elderly lower limb fracture.
