Abstract

Objective:To review the occurrence of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in our hospital and promote rational drug use in clinic. Methods: 158 ADR cases were retrospectively analyzed in respect of the ages of patients, routes of administration, cate-gories of drugs, systems or organs involved in ADRs and the serious degree of ADRs. Results: 71 Categories of drugs were involved in the 158 ADR cases, and anti-infective agents ranked the first, accounting for 31.0%. The patients whose ages were above 65 occupied mostly, accounting for 19.0%. The intravenous drip was the main route of administration, accounting for 72.8%. The lesions of skin and appendants were the main clinical manifestations, accounting for 47.5%. Conclusion: It should be paid more attention to the ADR report and monitoring in clinic in order to avoid or decrease the occurrence of ADRs.
