Methods:110 ADR cases were retrospectively analyzed in respect of the sex of patients, the ages of patients, routes of administration, categories of drugs and systems or organs involved in ADRs. Results:70 categories of drugs were involved in the 110 ADR cases and anti-infective agents ranked the first, accounting for 61.5%. The intravenous drip was the main route of administration, accounting for 88.09%. The lesions of skin and appendants were the main clinical manifestations, accounting for 28.7% and 23.0%. Conclusion:ADR Monitoring is a long way to go,it should be paid more attention to the ADR reports and monitoring in clinic in order to avoid or decrease the occurrence of ADRs. ADR knowledge should be to strengthen advocacy efforts to promote the clinical rational drug use.
