Abstract

Fenton's reagent oxidation in treating gas-field wastewater was studied, the factors which influence the removal ratio of CODCr in gas-field wastewater were investigated by orthogonal experiment in order to determine the optimum conditions of reaction. The results show that effecting orders are hydrogen peroxide, ferrous sulfate,pH value, temperature, time.Optimum H2O2 concentration,FeSO4 concentration,pH value, temperature and time are: 500 mg/L,30 mg/L,pH 3,60°C and 2 hour, respectively.
