Research on Constructing “Integrated Five Aspects into One” Mode for Cultivating Software Talents

Regarding educational reform of technology specialty of Henan Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College as the background,the paper analyzes the computer software technician's social demands and computer professional educational reform scheme of higher vocational and academic colleges,and proposes the educational reform's goal,guidelines and basic ideas of technology specialty,then constructs integrated five aspects into one mode for cultivating software talents in order to improve cultivating talents' quality.The paper also illuminates the theory and practice's educational system and provides beneficial attempts for research on the mode for cultivating applied talents.
