A new educational pattern for software talents

The education of talents in software industry faces both opportunities and challenges, because of the fast update for knowledge, the extensive use fields for technologies, the constant emergence for new technologies and software. In this work , a new model for cultivating software talents is presented after giving a brief introduction about the current situation of market demand in such talented men and the traditional educational pattern of software talents, this model is characterized by teaching model - project-oriented under tutor. And then describes it from seven aspects: teaching goal, curriculum system, teacher's responsibility, the construction of teacher force, management construction, the cooperation between school and enterprises, educational system and examination.
