Abstract

This article reviews the process and main task of higher vocational and academic colleges and analyses the problems facing these higher learning institutions. On the basis of these, the author expatiates the pressing necessities to reform the teaching practice, focusing on the cultivation of software talents as well as their capacity, training module etc.
