The effect of adverse effect about mental intervention to propofolum painless induced abortion

Abstract

Objective To discuss the effect of adverse effect about mental intervention to propofolum painless induced abortion.Methods 230 painless induced abortion cases to be divided into contrast group and intervention group at random.115 cases in each group.Ordinary nursing in contrast group,mental nursing intervention on based ordinary nursing in interventional group.Results To compare to pro-anaesthesia,the blood pressure,heart rates and O2 saturation of pulses are all degression in both group,but there is no significant difference(P0.05);the rates of respiratory depression、restlessness during operation、dysthymia at postoperation is higher than interventional group.The differences is significant(P0.05).Conclusion mental intervention is able to degrade adverse effect of cases about propofolum painless induced abortion,and prevent accident to take place.
