Effect of psychological nursing on patients with mental and physical operation of painless induced abortion

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing to patients undergoing painless artificial abortion operation.Methods: 60 patients who underwent painless abortion operation were chosen and divided experimental group and control group according to the random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was prepared with normal operation methods,and the experimental group was given specifically psychological nursing except the normal operation.Fear was evaluated before the operation,dream and pain were evaluated after the operation Results: The fear,dream and pain of patients in experimental group were improved comparing with control group,there was a statistical difference(P 0.05,P 0.01).Conclusion: Psychological nursing can be applied to the preoperative nursing for patients who have painless abortion operations.
