Abstract
Objective To investigate the pain induced abortion on mental health of patients and the overall role of nursing intervention. Methods The 628 cases of abortion in early pregnancy were randomly divided into A, B groups, A group of 316 cases (painless abortion group), B group of 312 cases (conventional abortion group). Analgesic effect of the two groups, blood pressure, respiration, heart rate, abortion syndrome, adverse drug reactions and patients before surgery, mental state, etc. for comparison. Results The analgesic effect of the two groups were statistically significant differences( P<0.01 ) , breathing, heart rate, abortion syndrome were statistically significant differences (P<0.05 ), no significant changes in blood pressure (P>0.05), by patients who mental state was significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion Painless abortion and nursing intervention effectively reduce the fear by the surgeon and the flow complications from occurring, beneficial to women' s physical and mental health. Key words: Abortion; Painless; Nursing care
