Psychological Intervention in Painless Abortions in the Nursing Effect Observation

Objective To investigate the pick take clinical psychological intervention in pregnant women with artificial abortion of curative effect analysis.Methods This article will select 2011 June to 2011 December in our hospital 520 cases of painless artificial abortion of primiparas clinical interventions in the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Two patients preoperatively are some anxiety,but the observation group in the implementation of the mental intervention score was(38.73±6.34);the control group in the postoperative score was(42.05±7.62).The observation group were treated after psychological intervention in the SAS score compared with the control group was significantly lower(P 0.05).Conclusion In painless abortion psychological intervention,to effectively alleviate the patients fear,anxiety and loneliness,so that patients are able to maintain a stable mentality,to tie in with the operation,to reduce postoperative complications are very important.
