Abstract
Objective To find out the present situation of self-consistency and congruence of college students.Method A meta-analysis was carried out based on the valid data sorted by CNKI search results(1998～2008) of the literature about college students' self-consistency and congruence.Results Scores in non-consistency and self-stereotype of the present college students are significantly lower than that of the normal model(P0.001),but scores in self-flexibility are significantly higher than that of the normal model(P0.001).Conclusion The present situation of self consistency and congruence of college students is better than before.
