Effect of runzaozhiyang capsule combined with levocetirizine and cyproheptadine to treat patients with chronic urticaria

Aim: Clinical research of runzaozhiyang capsule combined with levocetirizine and cyproheptadine in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria.Methods: Eighty patients with chronic urticaria were randomized into treatment group and control group.The 43 patients in treatment group took Runzaozhiyang capsules and levocetirizine and cyproheptadine.The 37 patients in control group took Levocetirizine.Both treatment and the control group received 4 weeks treatment.Results: The effect rate in treatment group was 90.7%,the control group 62.2%.There was a significant difference between the two group.Conclusion: Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with Levocetirizine and cyproheptadine can treat patients with chronic urticaria effectively and safely.
