Abstract

Overpopulation and low efficiency are common weaknesses of State-owned enterprises all along,though the foundation of modern enterprise institution and stock institution reconstruction is spread,these problems are solved in some extent,but there are a lot of problems in State-owned enterprises' human resource development yet.This article analyses the problem and reasons of State -owned enterprises' human resource development,giving some suggestions and some tasks in how to develop State-owned enterprises' human resource well.
