Abstract
Late Qing Dynasty has problems both from inside and outside,which gave secret socieies a chance to develop itself.Learning from the west,the Chinnese accepted the western political ideas gradully.The secret society and the newly-born orgnizations combined to form a big power,which had a major impact on political life of modern China.
