There are many factors to make the variance of the society in late Qing Dynasty, but the promotion made by the returned students is important factor. As to the variance of the society in late Qing Dynasty in economy, politics, culture and learning, the effects made by the returned students are a drive of the YangWu movement, affecting the politics in late Qing Dynasty, driving late Qing Dynasty to the end, and promoting the transferring in late Qing Dynasty in learning and thought to the modern direction. The study of the relations between the returned students and the variance of the society in late Qing Dynasty can make us to learn the rules of the society in late Qing Dynasty and the trends of the society in early MinGuo era.
