Abstract

66 plant lines selected from crossing descendants of Triticum monococcum and wild oat were analysed on the compositions of HMW-GS by using SDS-PAGE method. The results indicated that the compositions of HMW-GS types of the descendants were extremely abundant and 2,6 and 3 different HMW-GS types were separately found in Dlu -A1, Glu -B1 and Glu -D1.At the Glu -A1 loci, frequency of subunit 1 was the highest(87.88% ),the second wasnull(12.12% );At the Glu -B1 loci, frequencies of subunits 20(42.42% )and 7+9(34.85% )were relatively high, meanwhile the high quality subunit 14+15 and other new subunits combining types appeared. The frequency of subunit 2+12 at the Glu -D1 was the highest(90.91% ),and the 5+10 type,a subunit generally accepted as high quality, was found. The 66 lines were all immune to powdery mildew and yellow rust.
