Abstract

Objective: To study the influence factors of lower vein whole blood platelet counting results by automatic blood cell analyzer. Methods: The platelet was measured by Sysmex XE-2100 full automatic blood cell analyzer. Results: The platelet counting rerult may be much more difference in cases with lower platelet count result. Conclusion: The result should be investigate and correct when lower platelet count result emergence.
