Abstract

With Phalaenopsis flower stalk as explant, the effect of different combines of 6-BA and NAA on the axillary bud induction was studied. The orthogonal designed experiment was used to study the effect of basic medium component, the concentration of 6-BA, NAA and coconut milk on the buds propagation, and rooting culture was carried. The result showed that the suitable medium for the axillary bud induction was MS+6-BA5.0 mg/L +NAA0.2 mg/L+coconut milk 150 mL/L,the induction rate reached 90.7%; the suitable medium for the adventitious buds propagation was MS+6-BA8.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+ coconut milk 150 mL/L,the coefficient of reproduction was up to 6.8; the suitable medium for rooting was 1/2MS+NAA 0.4 mg/L+active carbon 1 mg/L,the rooting rate was 93.3%.
