The treatment and prevention of tropisetron and granisetron for nausea and vomiting after gynecologic laparoscopic

Objective To investigate the treatment and prevention of tropisetron and the granisetron for nausea and vomiting after gynecologic laparoscopic.Methods Forty cases used tropisetron(observation group) and 40 cases used granisetron(control group),postoperative nausea,vomiting and the regurgitation time of the two groups were compared.Results Patients in observation group with the incidence of nausea,vomiting ratio were significantly lower than control group(P 0.05),the difference of reflux ratio with the two groups had no statistically significant(P 0.05).Nausea and vomiting in anesthesia recovery ratio of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Tropisetron has a faster onset of action for the postoperative nausea and vomiting after gynecologic prophylaxis,it can maintain the charac teristics with a long time,so it is a cost-effective prevention and treatment for postoperative nausea and vomiting medicine.
