Abstract
The level of Special strength is a crucial factor for the speed skater to have a outstanding achievement, and how to combine the general strength training with the special movement is also a keystone in strength training.Starting from the physiological characteristics of speed skaters' special training, the article analyzes the related muscle type, muscle work mode and mechanical trait. After discussing the importance of muscle coordinated development,it puts forward some training methods for the speed skaters' special strength training.None but really understanding the movement trait, considering every detail, catching the essential physiological characteristics,we can use well various methods to get more training effect with less effort.
