Abstract
The physical capability is the winning key in speed skating competition.By analyzing the speed skaters' physical capability training, the paper searches after the characteristics and laws of training program. It emphasizes the important effect of physical capability training on speed skating training, and suggests it should be to reasonably proportion the general physical capability training and special physical capability training,to prioritize the skaters' strength quality, endurance quality and speed quality in the physical capability training. For ensuring the healthy development of speed skating,it tries to find out some scientific means of speed skaters' physical capability training, which may be as reliable theoretical reference for speed skating training.
