Abstract

Objective:To probe the effect of Qingre Huazhi Granule on the gastrointestinal motility. Methods:By determination of the activity of gastric protease and the volume of gastric acid in rat;the driving rate in the small intestine,MTL,GAS,SS and VIP in the blood plasma in the model mice. Results:Compared with the normal group and drug control group,Qingre Huazhi Granule increased the total amount of gastric acid and free acid;and raised the activity of gastric protease;promoted the driving rate of small intestine in the mice with loaded atropine hydrochloride(P0.05,P0.01).The amount of MTL and GAS in the blood plasma decreased, and the amount of SS increased after the model was established, but the MTL and GAS increased and the SS decreased after using Qingre Huazhi Granule, there were significant differences(P0.01).Conclusion:The mechanism of the Granule for retention of food transforming into heat syndrome in children is probably associated with its regulation of the gastrointestinal hormone and its promotion of the gastrointestinal movement.
