Clinical Research on the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer by Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Governor Meridian Moxibustion

Objective:To explore the clinical research and influence of patients on the treatment of peptic ulcer by Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with du-meridian moxibustion. Methods:80 cases with syndrome of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(40 cases) was given Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with du-meridian moxibustion. The control group was take orally OME enteric capsule and potassium amoxicillin clavulanate. One course is 6 weeks. Observed the syndrome of Chinese medicine grade,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale grade. Patients in the SF-36 health survey scale body function,body pain,physical function,emotional function,general health,vitality,social function and mental health evaluation indicators such as changes of eight dimensions were followed for 0. 5- 1. 0 year and its recurrence rate statistics. In the treatment group has 1 case with loose stool,1 case of nausea and discomfort,1 case of dry mouth,thirst,and so on. Conclusion:The treatment of peptic ulcer by Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with du-meridian moxibustion has higher effective rate,can improve the life quality and depressive state,and less untoward effect.
