Curative Effect on Therapy of Jian zhong to Functional Dyspepsia of Type of Deficiency of Spleen Qi

Objective:To observe the curative effect by using the method of Jianzhong to treat the patients having functional dyspepsia of the type of Deficiency of Spleen Qi.Methods:50 out-patients were divided into therapy group of 30 patients and control group of 20 patients.The therapy group was treated with decoction of Jianzhong with modification,while the control group was treated with Motilium.Both courses of treatment were 4 weeks.Evaluate the curative effect according to observing the changes of the clinical symptom and syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the therapy group was 93.3% and that of the control group was 60%.The former is obviously better than the latter(P0.01).Curative effect integral of symptom showed that there was significant difference before and after treatment in therapy group(P0.001).Curative effect integral of symptom after treatment of therapy group was better than that of control group(P0.01).Therapy group was better than control group in ameliorating the symptom of under-activity and anorexia.There was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The results suggested that the method of Jianzhong has good effect in treating functional dyspepsia of the type of Deficiency of Spleen Qi.
