Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chronic Gastric Ulcer by Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical study on the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer by traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) combined with western medicine. Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(80 cases).The control group was given western medicine conventional therapy. The treatment group modified Huangqi Jianzhong Tang based on the control group. One course is 6 weeks,after the one course,gastroscope should be reviewed. Observing TCM syndrome score,anxiety selfassessment scale( SAS) and depression self rating scale( SDS score),the change of the indexes of quality of life score,0. 5- 1. 0 h and statistics the recurrence rate were followed. Results:1Compared with the clinical effects of the patients in the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion:It is remarkable effect for chronic gastric ulcer by TCM combined with western medicine can improve the patients quality of life and anxiety depression,and less adverse reaction.
