Improving the Food Safety Regulatory Legal System in the Process of Industrialization of Staple Food

With production intensive of the staple food industrialization,it provides a convenient for the supervision connotation,but also challenges of food safety,for the increasingly of asymmetric information,and the more and more complex regulatory object. The supervision legal system exists problem at the level of legislation and law enforcement,such as local protection and other issues. Now,we have to reform the supervision system,and strengthen the process of supervision,promote the implementation of the principle of full supervision,increase the participation of the neutral third party agencies,public,and ultimately guaranteeing the effectiveness of food safety supervision of law enforcement.
