Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Heluoshugan Capsule(HC) on liver injury caused by hepatitis. Methods:The mouse models of acute liver injury were made by 0.1% CCl 4 and solution of vegetable seeds oil and TAA 50mg/kg ip.The models of chronic liver injury and hepatocirrhosis were made by 40% CCl 4 and solution of plant oil 5.0ml/kg subcutaneously in the back of rats for 6 weeks. The blood ALT?pathological changes of the liver and collagen were observed. Results:Heluohshugan Capsule could control the high ALT in acute liver injury. It could also reduce the liver collagen in chronic liver injury and hepatocirrhosis. Conclusion:Heluoshugan capsule had preventive and therapeutic effect on experimental acute or chronic liver injury.
