Abstract
Objective:to explore the protective effect of Sangdi Fugan Capsule on the mice with D-GlaN-induced acute liver injury.Methods:Mice models with acute liver injury were made by intraperitoneal injection of D-GlaN.Observe the effect of the capsule on ALT,AST in serum,SOD activity in liver sissue homogenate,MDA content and liver histopathology.Results:Compared to model group,Sangdi Fugan Capsule of high and low dosage groups could significantly decrease ALT and AST content,increase SOD activity,decrease MDA content,improve the injury of liver tissue(P 0.05 or P 0.01).Conclusion:Sangdi Fugan Capsule hasan apparent protective effect on the mice with D-GlaN-induced acute liver injury.
