Improvements of the People's Mediation System

Abstract
The article depends on the analysis of the defects which reflected in the ways of dealing the medical disputes,and discusses the situation of the People's Mediation System which is used in China.It also analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the People's Mediation System.What's more,the article draws on the practices of other countries and regions,then give,some suggestions for perfecting the People's Mediation System.By improving the People's Mediation System,we could make it be an operable method to resolve disputes in practice.
