Abstract
The people's mediation work is being strongly promoted in our country,people's mediation of medical disputes has a rapidly development.According to practice,this paper analyze the difficulty of people's mediation of medical disputes from six aspects and propose a solution,which contains strengthen the people's mediators construction,improve the legal effect of mediation agreement,strengthen the building of operation and protection mechanisms,introduc medical liability insurance system,establish linkage mechanism between litigation and mediation,accelerate the formulate of the People's Mediation Law.
