Method and Effect of People's Mediation

Abstract

For a long time,people's mediation work has played an irreplaceable role in resolving disputes,maintaining social stability. Quantity of civil disputes is huge,disputes differ in thousands ways,which has brought many difficulties to people's mediation. People's mediation method has rules to follow. In this paper,on the basis of full analysis of the civil disputes,the author gives summary on the basic methods of the people's mediation work,hope to improve the effect of the people's mediation.
