Clinical effects of psychological nursing during comprehensive treatment in 100 breast cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To improve the level of specialist nursing by analyzing the clinical effects of the psychological nursing of breast cancer patients.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(50 cases) was given systemic psychological nursing during comprehensive treatment.The control group(50 cases) was given traditional nursing.Results:At every stage of comprehensive treatment of breast cancer for experimental group,the ratio of infection was 4%,the ratio of adverse reaction of radiotherapy and chemotherapy was 38%,which were 10%,84% respectively in control group.All indexes were lower than those of control group.The rate of limb recovery was 94% and the patient satisfaction was 96% in experimental group,which were 58%,64% respectively in control group.There was statistical significant difference between them.Conclusion:Psychological nursing can decrease complication,recover limb function,enhance patient satisfaction and quality of life of patiens.
