The Expression and Its Significance of pS2,ER,PR in Breast Cancer

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of pS2 and ER,PR in breast cancer tissue and its significance.Methods The immunohistochemical SP staining method was used to evaluate the expression of pS2 and ER,PR in 60 cases of breast cancer tissue.Results The positive rate of pS2,ER and PR in breast cancer were 20.00%(12/60),58.33%(35/60),41.67%(25/60)respectively.The expression of pS2 were correlated with ER,PR(P0.05),and not correlated with lymph node metastasis(P0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of expressions of pS2,ER,PR in breast cancer has practical value in the evaluation of prognosis and therapeutic effects of breast cancer patients.
