Abstract
Objective Discussing the relationship between the PS2 estrogen-regulated protein expression in breast cancer and clinical pathology. Methods Testing 68 cases of breast cancer in the ER,PR and PS2 with immunohistochemistry SABC law. Results PS2 and ER were related Obviously. In the cases of the ER(+) and PR(+),PS2 positive rate was 52.0%,and in the the cases of ER (-) PR (-),PS2 positive rate was only 14.3%,the difference was obvious(P0.01).PS2 had not relation with the age of the patients and the size of the tumor(P0.05),but had trelation with the axillary lymph nodes(P0.01).Conclusion The PS2 in breast cancer and the ER,PR are related, which have relation with Axillary lymph nodes.PS2 can predict breast cancer as an important indicator of prognosis.
