Experimental Study on Analgesic Effect of Yaotongshu Capsule

Abstract

Objective:To observe the analgesic effects of Yaotongshu Capsule.Method:The increment percentage of analgesic threshold and analgesia percentage were observed by hot plate test and body twisting test.Result:Yaotongshu Capsule could obviously improve the increment percentage of analgesic threshold and analgesia percentage.The analgesic effects of Yaotongshu were superior to those of Yaotongning,when the dosage of Yaotongshu Capsule for animal was equivalent to that for human.Conclusion:Yaotongshu Capsule has obvious analgesic effects.
