Abstract
In the late Qing dynasty,Zhang Zhidong not only managed the newspapers and journalist,but also wrote articles to express his opinions about newspapers.When we want to understand his journalism ideas, we may not neglect his thought ofhinese learning for the essence,western learning for practical use.
