Relation between CD_5~+ B cells in peripheral blood and the chronic and severe process of hepatitis B

Abstract

Objective To investigate whether CD+5B cells participated in the chronic and severe progress of hepatitis B.Methods Chronic hepatitis patients were divided into three groups(chronic hepatitis B,sever chronic hepatitis B and hepatic cirrhosis),15 out-patient clinic healthy volunteers were taken as control group.Liver indexs(ALT,AST,TB,TD,ALP,γ-GT,A,G,PTA,CHO,HBV-DNA)were detected and the rate of CD+5B cells was detected by flow cytometry.Results The rates of CD+5B cells of hepatic cirrhosis group were obviously higher than that of control group;the rate of CD+5B cells of chronic hepatitis B patients has positive relation with PTA,but there was no relation with other liver function;in sever chronic hepatitis B and hepatic cirrhosis patients,there was no relation with every liver index.Conclusions CD+5B cells may participate in the chronic process of hepatitis B,but have no relation with the severe progess of hepatitis B.
