Application of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy prophase

Objective To comparatively analyze of the application value about abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods From 2009 March to 2012 November in our hospital were 90 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients,the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(45 cases each).Compare and analyze the diagnosis rate from the two groups of patients by abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.Results Totally 45 patients in the control group,with a diagnosis of the 34 cases,diagnosis coincidence rate was 75.56%(34 /45);the observation group of 45 patients,w ith a diagnosis of the 42 cases,diagnosis rate 93.33%(42 /45).Two groups of patients with diagnostic accordance rate was significantly different,with statistical significance(P 0.05);and the average diagnostic time treated by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound is obviously less.Conclusion Compared with abdominal ultrasound,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination of the localization of ectopic gestation is more accurate,consistent with a higher rate of diagnosis,and takes less time.which is worth the clinical promotion.
