Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by abdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Learn pathological diagnosis in 90 cases of ectopic pregnancy cases, control group:abdominal ultrasound, study group: transvaginal ultrasound; on the basis of pathological diagnosis, comparison of two kinds of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of the results, statistical its diagnostic accordance rate, misdiagnosis rate. Results In the control group(45 cases): transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis, diagnostic accordance rate was 77.78%,misdiagnosis rate is 22.22%; observation group(45cases):transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 95.56%.The rate of misdiagnosis was 4.44%; from the ectopic pregnancy position analysis, pathology, transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fallopian tube ectopic pregnancy were 91.1%, 68.89%, 60.00%; significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Whether it is from the diagnostic accordance rate, or the rate of misdiagnosis on, the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound were higher than abdominal ultrasound; and ectopic pregnancy in the fallopian tube pregnancy, compared to other types of pregnancy had significant difference; visible and transvaginal sonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is more accurate, the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate is low, with the promotion of high significance.
