Clinical Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods From 2011 January to 2014 December,102 cases with ectopic pregnancy were treated in Hunnan District Central Hospital,they were randomly divided into control group(transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound group,51 cases) and observation group(transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound group,51 cases),the diagnostic accuracy rate were compared between two groups.Results In the control group,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 62.75%,and in the observation group,the diagnosis accuracy rate was 92.16%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P 0.05,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusions The rate of accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is high,it has the high value in clinical application.
