Investigation of Qidanjiangzhi decoction on fatty liver

Objective To investigate the effect of Danqijiangzhi decoction on fatty liver.Methods 60 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in treatment group(n=30) were treated by Danqijiangzhi decoction,and the control group was given Danning tablet.The therapeutic course was three months in two groups.TC,TG,ALT,AST,γ-GT and improvement of imaging were determined before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P0.05).γ-GT,AST and ALT in treatment group were decreased in comparison with those in control group after treatment(P0.05).The improvement of imaging in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Danqijiangzhi decoction can promote liver circulation and metabolism,inhibit the absorption of exogenous cholesterol,and achieve to treat fatty liver.
