Abstract

Objective: To provide the experimental basis for exploiting new drug by observing the antiviral activities of KGTR Granules and the drug serum against influenza A and B virus in vitro. Methods:Observing the inhibitory effects of KGTR Granules and the drug serum on influenza A and B virus in cultured MDCK cell with 5μg/mL Ribavirin as the control drug , and inspecting the prevention of virus proliferation by KGTR Granules. Result: The maximum no-cytotoxicitic dosage of KGTR Granules on MDCK cell was 10mg/mL, and the minimal effective antiviral dosages Against Influenza A and B virus were 0.5mg/mL and 2mg/mL. The drug could prevent the virus proliferation in MDCK cell. The drug serum had better antiviral activity againstinfluenza A virus than influenza B virus in vitro. Conclusion: KGTR Granules had distinct antiviral activity againstinfluenza virus in vitro.
