Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Method:By the nasal endoscopy,132 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were surgical treatment,surgical results were followed,the effects are to evaluate.Result:The patients were followed up for six months,98 cases(74.2%) cured,30 cases(22.7%) improved,4 cases(3.1%),total effective rate was 96.9% and no serious postoperative complications.Conclusion:The endoscopic sinus surgery has a clear vision and direct operation,debridement and thorough,effective,etc.in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,worthy of clinical application.
