Effect of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction For Contractile Activity of Neurotransmitters on Reflux Esophagitis Rats Model

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction and double the sweet-invigoration herb decoction on reflux esophagitis(RE)model of rat esophageal contractile activity of neurotransmitters.Methods:110 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham operation group and model group.The model group rats were established the reflux esophagitis model and randomly divided into model control group,Xuanfu Daizhe decoction group,double the sweet-invigoration herb decoction group and western medicine control group.And then the morphological changes of esophageal tissues of the lower mucosa were observed under the microscope,and the activities of choline acetyltransferase(ChAT)and nitricoxide synthetase(NOS)were observed.Results:Compared with the model group,the rats' ChAT activities of esophageal organization in Xuanfu Daizhe decoction group and double the sweet-invigoration herb decoction group and western medicine control group were improved obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Compared with the model group,the rats' NOS activities of esophageal organization in Xuanfu Daizhe decoction group and double the sweet-invigoration herb decoction group and western medicine control group were significantly lower than that of model group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfu Daizhe decoction can improve the contractile activity of esophageal organizations by affecting the neurotransmitter of esophageal organizations and plasma.
