Abstract
Building a new socialist countryside in China's modernization process is a major historical task and strategic direction for the state to fundamentally solve the Rural Issues.Beause of economic development on the whole has just entered the medium-term industrialization,the central region is key region in building a new socialist countryside.In this paper,the central region of rural building new goals and priorities are discussed.
