Abstract
[Objective]To understand AIDS knowledge and related factors among men who have sex with men(MSM).[Methods]Anonymity questionnaire was done among 400 MSM in RDS in Mianyang from June to September in 2009.[Results]The awareness rate of AIDS Knowledge was 92.06%.Multivariate non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that age 20 years old,junior high school and higher education,local MSM friends ≥ 10 people,in the past year received promotional materials released,the Internet as the main source of AIDS awareness high,OR value were 2.750,1.811,2.666,5.501,and 0.382.[Conclusion]The MSM's awareness of AIDS prevention is high,affected by age,educational level,the number of MSM friends,nearly a year over whether to accept the grant of promotional materials and other factors.
