Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice of AIDS among men who sex with men,and then to provide basis for the intervention.[Methods]Respondent-driven sampling(RDS)was adopted to recruit target population,and the data was analyzed with SPSS 13.0.[Results]Most of MSM in the survey were young,well-educated and unmarried participators.The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 91.0%.39.3% of these MSM investigated thought that they may be infected with AIDS.Among 379 MSM with male partners when had anal sex in the past 6 month,the frequency of condoms using was as follows:14.5% never used,54.1% occasionally used and 31.4% used every time.[Conclusion]HIV high-risk behaviors are ubiquitous among MSM.AIDS intervention measures should be significantly strengthened in MSM via various ways.
