Abstract
The urbanization level has become an indicator of the development of countries and areas.At present,the urbanization level of Guanyun county is very low,seriously affecting and blocking the local economic and social development.The work of cancelling township and incorporating township into town in the county is an important way of realizing modernization as well as the key of practicing the concept of scientific development and further balancing urban and rural development.
